Update 11 December

Another very, very quiet week for both DCE (Diff Code Europe) and DCO (Diff Code Oil).

This is probably an indicator to the run up to Christmas that markets can become unpredictable and sometimes very volatile. Read and heed my “do not trade” recommendation at the foot of this update.

After a while in the wilderness, we saw our first DCE trade of the week on Thursday. This was swiftly closed on Friday morning at a reduced loss following another, “amber/no trade” signal on Friday.

Yet again, as with last week, only one trade was flagged for DCO (Diff Code Oil) on the Tuesday this week. This trade concluded unsuccessfully later in the evening and no further trades were indicated for the rest of the week.

No Trades are carried forward this week for either strategy so another fresh start to trading next week.

REMINDER for Christmas and the New Year trading period:
For continuity, signals will be produced and published whenever the necessary data is available to produce them but I do not recommend trading over the Christmas and New Year period. In this respect, results will not be reported on for the two weeks spanning 21st December 2015 to the 1st January 2016 inclusive. Therefore, the schedule for the weekly updates will be Friday 19th December 2015 (final for 2015) and recommencing on Friday 9th January 2016.

Have a good weekend.
